As far back as I can remember I have always been an athlete, from playing basketball, volleyball, softball to track and field, however as I got older a strayed away from organized sports and started to move toward working out for health and strength. I started off by doing some weight training but needed more. I signed up for my first free trial at a mixed martial arts studio and from there I was hooked. I trained 3-4 times a week and loved it so much that I became an instructor where I am certified as a Fitness Instructor (Kickboxing) with Fitness Kickboxing Canada. My next goal is to become certified in MMA. When I am not in the gym, working out or teaching, I enjoy going to the movies, watching UFC ,travelling, being with friend and family and just enjoying life.
