All classes are booked online or if you forget; please show up 10-15 minutes early. We cater the classes to individual’s needs so come join a positive and encouraging environment!
Are you looking to burn fat, get toned, and lean out? This class is for you! Boot camp classes are one hour and guaranteed to make you sweat! Be prepared for a dynamic full body workout that includes drills, weights, plyometrics, and a ton of exercises utilizing your body weight. This head-to-toe functional training program is designed to be both fun and challenging for all fitness levels! Please bring your running shoes to every class because we will be going outside if weather permits.
Get ready for a non-stop 45 minute fist pumping party. You will be exchanging blows with our heavy-duty, boxing/kickboxing bags. Also be prepared for individual and team work drills. It’s an absolute must you come prepared and willing to give it your all, this class demands it!
Ready! Set! Pump! This class provides you with the tools you need to build strength and increase muscle definition. We will be focusing on major muscle groups in this class. Expect a medley of core, lower and upper body resistance exercises. We will use a variety of equipment and movements to keep your muscles challenged. Proper form and technique will be taught ensuring you achieve maximum results.
Pilates (Core & Legs)
Pull out your gym mat and get ready to do a series of movements that will stabilize and strengthen your core. The moves may look simple, but they take a lot of precision and control. It's not like doing a bunch of crunches; there's a strong emphasis on technique. You’ll get stronger, more sculpted muscles and gain flexibility and have better posture and a better sense of well-being!
