BEFORE YOUR CLASS!
ARE THERE LOCKERS?
Yes, lockers are available for single class use. Please bring your own lock or purchase in-studio. Storage is also available in our lounge area.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Wear comfortable athletic clothing and prepare to sweat...A LOT. Make sure to bring indoor running shoes and please note shoes must be worn in class.
DO I NEED TO BRING GLOVES + WRAPS FOR BOXING CLASSES?
Boxing gloves are mandatory for all boxing classes. Wraps are highly recommended to wear during classes however they are optional. Feel free to bring your own or we have gloves available to rent or purchase.
WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE?
We recommend new clients arrive at least 20 minutes before class. There is nothing worse than feeling rushed when class is starting. Walk-in’s - we recommend arriving early to ensure your spot in class before it fills up!

DURING YOUR CLASS!
SHOULD I BRING WATER?
Yes, you will need it! Feel free to bring a water bottle and fill up at our filtered water dispensers. Water and post workout smoothies are also available at our Fuel Bar. It is important to hydrate before, during and after class.
WHAT RESULTS CAN I EXPECT TO ACHIEVE?
You get out what you put in! Typically, you can expect to drop inches and pounds while becoming stronger, leaner and more sculpted. On average you can expect to drop 2-6 lbs, 1-2 dress sizes and 1-3% body fat every single month if you come at least 3-4x per week, while simultaneously maintaining proper nutrition. Our program is strategically designed to firm your butt and thighs, tighten your core, decrease body fat, build muscle tone throughout your whole body and increase your confidence! \
WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT DURING CLASS?
Classes are intense but you can do anything you put your mind to! This program is designed for all fitness levels and backgrounds. We have male and female clientele with a wide range of physical abilities and strengths. If you are monitoring an injury, we will be more than willing to modify the exercises accordingly.
AFTER YOUR CLASS
CAN I PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS WHILE PREGNANT?
We are happy to sweat with all shapes and sizes, but if you have any health concerns please speak to a physician before attending classes.
WHERE CAN I PARK?
There is plenty of parking available for free right in front of our studio!
IS THERE AN AGE REQUIREMENT?
Anyone under 18 will need to get a parent or guardian to sign a waiver in person; otherwise all ages are welcomed into our studio!
